Account Receivable and Collections Associate As an AR/Collections Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our accounting department.
You'll be responsible for daily AR reconciliation, collections, and general staff accounting duties following established procedures or guidance from our accounting manager.
This mid-level position offers a chance to work within a supportive team and contribute to our company's success.
Qualifications/Skills:
Manages and executes up to 100 AR collections and reconciliations.
Monitors and tracks past-due balances.
Identifies and resolves discrepancies.
Keep a close watch on outstanding account balances.
Provide clear communication and excellent customer service regarding collection matters to both external customers and internal business partners.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work assignments.
Proficiency in handling spreadsheets and financial data.
Effective organization and multitasking skills.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Quick learner with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Highly motivated with exceptional organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Willingness to lend a hand where needed, anticipate requirements, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
