Billing Coordinator As an Billing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our accounting department.
You'll be responsible for daily billing for multiple branches and general staff accounting duties following established procedures or guidance from our accounting manager.
This mid-level position offers a chance to work within a supportive team and contribute to our company's success.
Qualifications/Skills:
Manages and performs GL postings.
Manages warehouse and non-warehouse billing.
Verifies accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work assignments.
Proficiency in handling spreadsheets and financial data.
Effective organization and multitasking skills.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Quick learner with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Highly motivated with exceptional organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Willingness to lend a hand where needed, anticipate requirements, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
