Position: PMO Project Manager (IT Integration Projects)

Location: Fort Meade, MD

Project: Bring PM "best practices" as we support our DISA customer in the PMO on multiple IT projects in a distributed team environment.



  • Provide initiation, planning, monitoring, execution, direction, coordination, and control necessary for effective and efficient accomplishment of all project management requirements contained in this task order. This effort shall be consistent with the contract:
    • Develop Task Order Management Plans, MSPP schedules and Milestones for assigned projects
    • Provide a weekly activity reports which cover all tasks executed or scheduled including descriptions of progress, all results and contract schedule status
    • Develop project plans/MSPP schedules
    • Immediately escalate issues in project execution to the government PM
    • Participate in In-Process Reviews (IPRs) and other project meetings as required
    • Provide 1-2 page summary document of identified risks
    • Provide plans of action to mitigate any identified risks
  • Make suggestions to update the Division project management and RFW process guides.
  • Provide Branch Level PM support for ID61, ID62, ID63 and ID64 (Montgomery, AL).
  • Works within the project team to assist managing a project from inception, execution and delivery of NetOps solutions. These initiatives include Branch level functions of system lifecycle management, technology refresh, service assurance development coordination and service fulfillment development coordination.
  • Identifies program dependencies and risk to ensure program quality and schedule integrity.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
